Beyonce- Girl Power

I think that Beyonce should be added to the list of girl power. She is one of the most noted music artist in the industry today. She is seen as an empowering figure, and a role model for young girls all over the world. They even have young girls that worship her like she is a god. Its crazy how many people look up to her. I think that she should be added to the category because of the role that she portrays to women. Before she married Jay-Z she had the I don't need a man to be successful attitude, and I think that appeals to many girls. She made her own future by hard work, and dedication, before she got married. I think that is true girl power. When you find someone that is so set on their goals and their future and doesn't ned anyone to support them; they are making their own dreams come true. She really inspires many people and in a good way. She doesn't have a stick thin body, she has curves, and she is confident. Another thing that is great about her is her confidence level. She never seems self conscious and always seems confident. She keeps her head held up high no matter what and seems to not care what people think about her. And I think that is what true girl power is.
